To make ordering process works better, I've set up an ordering form for your convenient.Just fill in the forms and answer a few questions that is related to your blog design.

I've tried my best to create a questionnaire for you so I would have a better understanding on what you envisioned for your blog makeover. I never believe in 'surprise me with your design skill' as you and I don't have the same thoughts on what do like and dislike.
